The Role

We are seeking highly motivated Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Technicians to join our service team..

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting preventative and routine maintenance, installation, fault finding and servicing of mechanical services, varying from single room units through to central plant systems and associated controls. The ideal candidate will possess the right technical abilities as well as the interpersonal skills to create strong relationships, adding value to our existing customers whilst ensuring the highest level of quality and service is provided.

Skills and experience

To be considered successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• Knowledgeable across all aspects of the Refrigeration and HVAC field including previous maintenance experience of ducted systems, chillers, large air cooled split and package air-conditioning units in high rise commercial and industrial buildings
• Hold a valid driver’s licence
• A construction white card
• Contractor License
• National Arctic Refrigerant Handling License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Some after hours and on-call work will be required. The successful candidate must be willingly able to assist with the afterhours 24/7 on call roster when required.
