Client Overview: Our client is a tier 1 HVAC contractor looking to find a skilled HVAC Site Manager for their upcoming projects on major commercial builds in Sydney CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation that values innovation, excellence, and career development.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to oversee the installation of HVAC systems on major commercial projects in Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:

• Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site HVAC installation teams.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Client Interaction:

• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address client inquiries.

Health and Safety:

• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols on-site.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC site management.
• HVAC trade background
• Proven track record of successfully managing HVAC projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
