Form of workJob description HVAC / Mechanical Site Manager Up and coming Brisbane based HVAC & Mechanical Contractor are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team. They carry out new build and fit out projects up to $1m in value, including retail, healthcare, sports & leisure, education and more. Reporting into the project manager and Managing Director, the role will have large involvement with day-to-day management of trades and coordination on site.
In addition, the role will have responsibility for OH&S and delivering projects on time and within budget. To be successful in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of the following within the Australian HVAC market; Trade qualifications or mechanical engineering background essential Experience with commercial fit-out projects is essential. Excellent communication skills and able to manage and influence senior stakeholders within the project.
