About our client and the role.
Our client is a leading HVAC contractor who specializes in the construction, service and fit out of medium to large scale air conditioning systems.
They have been operating for over 15 + years in Australia & have a strong reputation with-in the industry, offering great career progression, genuine company perks and large scale commercial sites - no residential or domestic work.
Due to the size of the site we need ANOTHER TECH!
Due to growth they are now seeking a HVAC technician to manage a large commercial site in Western Sydney, the site includes central plant, chilled water, retail, VRV and VRF systems.
This role would be ideal for a senior technician looking to manage a large scale Static Site, as their is minimal travel and doesn't require city service runs.
Your day to day duties will be but aren't limited to.
- Service and maintenance of HVAC equipment
- Preventive and reactive maintenance
- Working with on site facilities manager and multi trades
- Reporting directly into a service manager
- Managing a large Static Site
- OT on offer - if needed
- Managing one of Sydney's most iconic sites
Selection Criteria.
- Trade qualified - Air conditioning
- Two recent references
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management
- Two years post trade experience
- Current Artick license
