Your new role
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to assist on the helpdesk of a busy help line,
- Provide advice and assistance to the Helpdesk in attending and resolving customer enquiries.
- Accurately record customer/stakeholder details, issues, feedback, and complaints.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Helpdesk information systems, practices, documents, and manuals.
- Provide publications, brochures, forms, and other technical information to customers and offer accurate advice relating to content.
- Build and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing a responsive and accurate information service.
- Build and enhance working relationships with team members and external stakeholders and across the business
What you'll need to succeed
Prior administrative experience within a government organisation
Previous helpdesk or call centre experience
Excellent & clear communication skills are essential for this role.
A current national police clearance
What you'll get in return
An initial 6-month temporary position, with possible extension
37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, with 1 rostered Saturday shift every 8 weeks
Competitive rate + 11% superannuation
