We are on the hunt for a Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our award-winning team in our Brisbane Warehouse at Beaudesert Road.
As a Hydraulic Hose Technician, you will:
- Utilise your highly developed Hose Technician skills to coordinate and liaise with customers to ensure their requirements are met for all Hydraulic hose and parts supply
- Manufacture and assemble fluid hoses as required, to Cat specifications standards
- Process customer requests and purchase orders for immediate supply for breakdown and planned work
- Ensure the hose van is kept in good operational condition and report defects
- Ensure Contamination Control procedures are followed and adhered to Cat Standards
- Ensure all paperwork is handled as per the established on-site procedure and all orders are promptly invoiced
- Pro-actively seek and maintain collaborative working relationships with customers and peers to deliver results.
- Submit accurate time cards, parts request sheets, parts quotes as required
- Available to work overtime where necessary

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Trade qualifications in a technical or mechanical field building hoses (Highly desirable)
- MR drivers licence (essential)
- Display a highly conscientiousness attitude and approach to deliver reliable, and consistent results
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service
- The ability to read hydraulic schematics (desirable)
- Proven experience working in a similar environment
- Previous experience using systems CAT WEBSIS 2.0 and Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar (desirable)
- Be passionate, industrious, and show due diligence for the CAT brand
- Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening
