Due to ongoing expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical/Hydraulic Technician to join our amazing Team, at the group’s headquarters in Williamstown.
Your new role:
As an integral member of the Team, the successful applicant will enjoy flexible hours, 9-day fortnight, industry leading payrate, and a fully maintained company vehicle. It's a great working environment - Flotek has a culture of Teamwork and Respect. Everyone works a 9-day fortnight, which means you will have every second Friday off - and still be paid for it!
To be successful you will need:
- Previous hydraulic experience or formal training
- A great attitude, proactive nature and natural problem-solving skills
- Be self-motivated, willing to learn and gain even more experience on hydraulic equipment
- Ability to fault find, including reading hydraulic circuit diagrams
- The ability to flow test pumps
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Available to work overtime and occasional weekends when required.
