Your new role 

This role works as an integral part of the building hydraulics team and in conjunction with the client's other Building Services teams, including mechanical, fire, electrical, building facilities and maintenance management. 

What you'll need to succeed 

This role would require sound knowledge of contemporary building hydraulics and wet fire standards and design codes plus the National Construction Code. Also, highly developed communication skills to deal efficiently with internal and external stakeholders. Apart from that, a considerable knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable and a proactive attitude and a high level of attention to detail.
