Anytime Exploration Services is a small and trusted provider of support services to the Mineral Exploration and Mining Industry in Western Australia.
We are seeking an Hydrogeologist for our client with a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Hydrogeologist to help manage a water exploration teams in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic new team, with a very supportive client culture dedicated to your training and development.
As a valued member of the company’s small exploration team, you will be responsible for providing quality Hydrogeological services and working collaboratively with our Clients to maximise exploration outcomes for AES and our Client projects.

Selection Criterion
- A degree or an equivalent tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology or Geosciences, MSc in Hydrogeology highly desirable
- Relevant applied experience in groundwater and water monitoring systems
- Knowledge of hydrogeological modelling, monitoring analysis, interpretation, and reporting
- Competent use of hydrogeological software packages (i.e. Leapfrog, MODFLOW, AquiferTest, AquaSolv, LogPlot)
- Competent using GIS and ideally QGIS
- Strong data management and manipulation skills
- Effective communication, time management skills and willingness to spend short durations on site
Duties of the role include:
- Planning and overseeing hydrogeological filed programs and investigations
- Maintain, manage and analyse geological and hydrogeological data
- Formulating and updating conceptual hydrogeological designs
- Contributing to groundwater resource management and protection
- Maintaining an accurate site-wide water balance
- Interpret data to assess the sustainability of water resources
- Evaluating potential environmental impacts on groundwater resources
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory conditions, operating licences and standards
- Collaborating in the creation of technical reports, procedures, groundwater operating strategies, impact assessments, management plans and other regulatory compliance reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement water supply infrastructure
- Developing and enhancing operational reporting dashboards
