The Role:
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager with a proven track record? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team on a fixed term 6 month contract to manage our existing small portfolio and drive portfolio growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties within the portfolio
- A competent understanding of managing assets including budgeting, preventative maintenance and legislative reporting
- Organising contractors to attend to a range of work orders on behalf of your client
- Ensure effective management of rental arrears and resolution
- Accurately record and manage landlord and tenant property related documents
- Prepare new management submissions
The CRITERIA:
- Property Management Registration
- Must a have a drivers license
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail & time management
- Posses a strong work ethic
