We are currently looking for an experienced or new graduate, passionate and patient focused Hygienist/Therapist to join our practice full-time or part-time.
To be successful in this role you will possess strong people skills, a caring attitude and exceptional clinical capability. Your focus will be on delivering high quality dental care, you will maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and collaborate closely with our team of clinicians.
About the role
- Perform routine Active Maintenance for new and existing patients
- Perform scaling/polishing, root planning and fluoride treatment to patients
- EMS Airflow is used at both locations
- Periodontal charting, periodontal diagnosis, treatment and management.
- Help grow the hygiene practice and patient retention
- Adhere to and help with sterilisation and infection control procedures
- Perform teeth whitening procedures
- Accurately interpret treatment plan aims, objectives and maintain accurate detailed clinical records
- Gather data relevant to dentist's direction and concurrently assesses patients' presenting condition
- A commitment to excellence through assisting and educating patients in developing and maintaining good Oral Health
- Meets the practice treatment philosophy
- Dental Assistant will be provided to assist you to meet our high standard of patient care.
