Department Overview:

The AMTA Aftersales Team is responsible for the management and delivery of all Aftersales activity within North and South America in collaboration with our Retail Network. This includes delivering on Customer experience, AML strategic and operational business plan objectives as well as supporting network profitability

Job Purpose:

The candidate will be required to Maintain, Service and Diagnose Faults with Customer Vehicles, at AML and customer and 3rd party sites.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • PDI of Hypercars
  • Customer handovers & technical briefings
  • Fault-diagnosis and rectification, generally on customer site.
  • Record issues and feed them with possible solutions to Engineering
  • Record keeping & documentation
  • Lead small teams of peers whilst on customer site.
  • Shake down drives of high-performance vehicles (post repair performance testing)
  • Vehicle service and repair.
  • Vehicle track preparation.
  • Vehicle set-up.
  • Vehicle build.
  • Strip inspect and measure components for tolerance measurements.
  • Fabrication of components.
  • HV component assembly and operation (training provided).
  • Hydraulic system assembly, bleeding and operation (training provided).
  • Liaise with system and development engineers, 3rd parties, dealers, customer representatives regarding possible issues identified

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Development or Motorsport experience
  • Ability to perform detailed inspection
  • Failure investigations and problem solving
  • Working across functional teams effectively
  • Positive, can do attitude is a must
  • CAD and Microsoft office
  • Prioritize multiple tasks on a day-to-day level.
  • Must be flexible and able to communicate at all levels.
  • Willingness to achieve targets.
  • Mechanical Engineering qualification level 3, extensive motorsport experience, or relevant equivalent experience
  • Level 3 driving permit

Salary: 90K-$110K
