We currently have a fantastic entry level opportunity to join our Payroll team.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the accurate calculation, collation and processing of the payroll (monthly)
- Assisting with the calculation of commission payments
- Assisting with GL account reconciliations
- Checking, collating and entering all leave applications
- Assisting with payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
- General Payroll and HR administration duties.
Required experience:
- Would suit a recent graduate with a qualification in Accounting or someone with some administrative experience looking to step up into a payroll position
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills
- Thorough approach and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Committed, reliable and highly organised
- Task focused
- Strong communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude.
