Form of workWe are looking for IBM DataStage Administrator for Sydney for a large-scale project. This is a permanent role with a global IT service leader.
Requirements
- Adept in utilizing OLAP and ETL tools: Cognos 8.3, Ascential Datastage
- Technically competent in using database tools and SQL Database,Java, ASP, HTML
- Experience on Public Cloud AWS or Azure
- Require relevant experience in: IBM Infosphere v11,
- Designing and supporting ETL procedures
- Developing data warehousing solutions
- Assisted in installation, configuration and testing of latest version of Data Stage.
- Resolved Data Stage configuration and performance issues along with software development team.
- Suggested necessary hardware requirements to be deployed for new database applications.
- Performed administrative functions such as monitoring and troubleshooting on daily basis.
- Responded to all incoming Data Stage related requests and issues with logical action.
- Executed test scripts with data base administrators in Testing Server environment
