Reporting to our ICT Applications Manager, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the shared services (HR/Finance/Legal/Risk/ICT) and clients (mostly Infrastructure Projects), to design and develop a range of systems. You will ensure business requirements are understood, clearly defined and are being met through successful system delivery.The role will specifically focus on providing requirements elicitation, wireframe/mock-up design, solution design and validation for customer facing digital platforms.You will analyse the organisations' business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Analysing existing systems, applications and functions to ensure strategic ICT objectives are met
• Undertaking qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and assist with determining business priorities
• Building and maintaining key relationships with users, technical staff and stakeholders to determine and resolve issues
• Providing accurate advice about technical issues and solutions to assist with specifying business requirements for new or existing solutions
• Establishing relationships with stakeholders to develop trust and ensure reliable and accurate information
• Distilling business needs to identify fit for purpose options

Required Skills and CompetenciesYou will have completed a relevant tertiary qualification in ICT with demonstrated experience leading technical design and execution of high impact, enterprise-wide, strategic ICT programs or initiatives.
