We are hiring an ICT Business Analyst to join IT Australia Consultants team. We are based in Hamilton, located in Regional Victoria. You will work with multiple stakeholders to understand the business requirements and report directly to the Director.
Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Responsibilities:Documenting the software and Network requirements for future versions of the platform
Performing requirements analysis.Documenting process maps of how the system works and how the team/customers interact with the software and Network Infrastructure.Assisting with software integration and Network Infrastructure Integration.Assisting with scoping and scheduling of the development
Assisting with the project management
System testing including external testing management & user acceptance testing.Preparing test cases for the testing team
Assisting users of the system in a tech support role
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas, findings, and to review.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements:A bachelor’s degree in business/IT or related field or an MBAMinimum of 2 years of work experience as an ICT Business Analyst or a related field
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Advanced technical skills. Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects
