Ict Program Delivery Lead

A leading public service agency recognised for industry collaboration and innovation, our client is integral to supporting the growth and sustainability of NSW. They are seeking to appoint an experienced ICT Program Delivery Lead into the team.

Description

• Review business requirements and user stories, analyse solution options, facilitate the development of target/transition state architecture and technical design documentation, to enable successful project planning and delivery.
• Ensure all solution architecture and design deliverables comply with NSW Government Enterprise Architecture framework, principles and governance processes.
• Work with agency Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and the strategic direction for the organisation.
• Work with resources across NSW Government, such as other specialist domain architects, development, and operational teams, in developing the solution designs. And then assist with implementation planning and validating the solution build.
• Work with program/project teams to develop project schedules and resource plans, investigate solution issues and challenges during test and build phases. Participate and facilitate workshops and presentations with internal and external teams, to ensure knowledge transfer with operational teams.
• Liaise with third parties and other vendors as the lead technical representative on behalf of the GSR Program, advocating the strategic and architectural drivers, and providing advice on the integration of 3rd party solutions into the NSW Government technology landscape. This includes communicating technical design decisions and solution architectures to customers, driving the solution delivery against agreed business drivers, timeframes, and service levels.
• Work closely with the related Cluster IT teams to ensure that core integrations are effectively included on IT roadmaps and schedules and will ensure ongoing alignment to enable the integrations to occur within the agreed project timelines
• Work with the IT Delivery team to ensure that there is an effective end-to-end build / deploy and implementation plan and detailed schedule to enable effective delivery of agreed outcomes.
