Pino's Vino e Cucina is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Pino's is a relaxed yet professional environment well supported by our fantastic local clientele.
The Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in the Restaurant's daily functioning; therefore, we are looking for someone passionate about the Industry, highly attentive to detail, and genuinely enjoys watching guests leave our premises with a sense of enjoyment and satisfaction.
We like to keep it simple and relaxed but to a high standard. We strive for quality, no quantity enabling a realistic work-life balance unique in the Industry.
The role's primary focus will be the day-to-day running of the Restaurant, ensuring each day the team is ready for service and all details of the service are organized for a smooth evening for our team and guests.
This role is a full-time position. 70.000,00 up to 90.000,00
The successful candidate will have at least three years of restaurant management experience and provide high-level direction for its day-to-day functions.
- Able to manage the venue and inspire others
- Relevant qualification would be beneficial but not essential
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a premium dining establishment
- An expert that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a journey of tasting and pairing wine beverages to accompany our menu
- Desire to continue learning & growing within the Industry
- Have a love for the Industry with genuine hospitality
- Exceptional people skills and social awareness
- Have a good knowledge of wine and beverage
The daily tasks of the role include:
General management and administration
- coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency
- weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting
- general administration
- taking reservations
- troubleshooting
Customer services
- greeting and advising customers
- delivering F&B service to satisfy customer expectations
- fostering positive customer relations
- dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
Human resources
- recruiting, training and supervising staff
- managing the staff rota
- conducting performance appraisals and setting targets
- optimizing workflow and productivity
Compliance, health and safety
- ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations
- establishing and maintaining policies and protocols
Marketing
- proactively fostering the Restaurant’s image
- endeavouring to expand the Restaurant’s reach through targeted promotions

- We are currently expanding with a second venue; higher management positions will be also available;
