Ict Project Manager - 12 Month Contract

• WFH component - 3 days per week in office

The ICT Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of strategic projects and initiatives reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Engagement. The role manages the interdependencies between key projects and initiatives and support the delivery of priority initiatives ensuring completion on time, within budget and in collaboration with key Project Managers and leads. The Project Managercoordinates key project streams that support transformational change within the Digital and Information Office (DIO) and with external IT suppliers. This role is a 12 month contract and will require the candidate to be in the office 3 days per week.

Responsbilities:

• Manage and coordinate the implementation of strategic ICT projects that support organisational objectives and the enterprise-level transformational change.
• Procure and manage external ICT supply
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the project cycle for concurrent projects, including developing project plans, identifying and coordinating resources, managing budgets and meeting reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Develop and monitor all aspects of ICT project implementation, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, project impact and quality measures
• Prepare a suite of project management documents in alignment with the PMO
• Identify and assess key project and implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies to handle risks throughout the lifecycle of ICT projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Director, project leads, Change Manager and the Communication Lead 

Requirements:

• A strong communicator, confident and experienced Digital Application Project Manager is required for this role
• Experience of working closely with the business whilst managing IT teams both internally and externally
• Must be a strong influencer and have a strong delivery focus
