Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented ITC Project Manager/Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of our digital projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving successful project outcomes.

This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) where you will be responsible for the following;

• Lead and manage the delivery of digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving challenges to keep projects on track.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of at least 2 years of work experience managing ITC projects.
