As an ICU Registrar, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive and compassionate medical care to patients within our Intensive Care Units (ICUs) and High Dependency Units (HDUs). Collaborating with a team of experienced ICU nurses and Senior Intensivists, you will contribute to the assessment, coordination, and supervision of patient care on a 24/7 basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering direct patient care and overseeing the management of cases across a range of medical and surgical specialties.
Providing support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
Actively participating in quality reviews to enhance the level of care provided.
Identifying and engaging in initiatives to improve patient care outcomes.
Requirements:
Postgraduate Year 3 (PGY3) and above.
Minimum of 6 months of recent experience in ICU, Anaesthetic, or Emergency Department settings within the last 2 years.
General registration with AHPRA or eligibility for registration within 12 months of commencement.
