Position Overview: As an Identity and Access Management Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, efficiency, and compliance of our clients access control systems. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities: * Access Control Design and Implementation:

• Develop and implement robust access control policies, procedures, and standards.
• Design and configure Identity and Access Management solutions to meet organizational requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective access control strategies.
• User Identity Management:

• Manage the lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifications.
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Address and resolve access-related issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Incident Response and Monitoring:

• Monitor and analyze security incidents related to Identity and Access Management.
• Develop and implement response strategies for unauthorized access attempts.
• Collaborate with the security team to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
• Technology Adoption and Integration:

• Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new Identity and Access Management tools or technologies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions into existing systems.
• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and policies.
• Generate regular reports on access control metrics, compliance status, and incident response activities.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management roles.
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols, role-based access control, and least privilege principles.
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Experience with IAM tools and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications: * Certification in relevant areas such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM).

• Hands-on experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
