Position Overview: As an Identity and Access Management Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, efficiency, and compliance of our clients access control systems. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities: * Access Control Design and Implementation:
- Develop and implement robust access control policies, procedures, and standards.
- Design and configure Identity and Access Management solutions to meet organizational requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective access control strategies.
- User Identity Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifications.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Address and resolve access-related issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Incident Response and Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze security incidents related to Identity and Access Management.
- Develop and implement response strategies for unauthorized access attempts.
- Collaborate with the security team to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
- Technology Adoption and Integration:
- Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new Identity and Access Management tools or technologies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions into existing systems.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and policies.
- Generate regular reports on access control metrics, compliance status, and incident response activities.
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management roles.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, role-based access control, and least privilege principles.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Experience with IAM tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
