Identity Developer

We are looking for Identity Developer for the Sydney location. This is a permanent role for a global IT service provider.

Requirements

Field of Responsibility (4-14 Years)

1. Support Levels:

• Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for various platforms.
• Handle small critical changes across all listed platforms.

• Ensure the health and currency of platforms.
• Manage operating system/server vulnerabilities with adherence to SLAs and timely fixes.

• Oversee Onboarding, Provisioning, De-Provisioning, and Termination processes for users and access.
• Adhere to SLAs and resolve incidents, requests, and problems promptly.

• Conduct regular User Access Reviews to ensure security and compliance.
• Implement and manage Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Technology Support:

• One Identity Suite:

• Proficiently manage Identity Manager and Password Manager functionalities.

Skills and Experience (4-14 Years)

1. Educational Background:

• Hold a graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Alternatively, possess equivalent education in the specified subjects.

• Demonstrate a track record of 3-7 years of work experience.
• Specialize in managing the One Identity platform, including engineering and integration aspects.
