ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly organised and efficient Operational Support Officer to join our expanding IDXt Tele-Radiology division in a full-time or part-time capacity. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and workflow coordination to our Operational team and Radiologists worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, assisting with:
• Managing and distributing Radiologist rosters
• Radiologist worklist coordination
• Management of Radiologist unavailability requests
• Onboarding new Radiologists e.g. maintaining registrations and licencing requirements in line with hospital accreditation
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with radiologists
• Liaise between management, support staff, and clients to manage workloads and support
• Supporting quality initiatives
• Available after hours for emergency situations to assist with business needs
• Minute taking

ABOUT YOU
• You will need to have strong organisational skills with a background in scheduling, rostering and supporting professionals.
• Ability to work both autonomously, and collaboratively.
• The successful candidate will be expected to deliver quality and continuous improvement across the business and display a “can do” attitude.
• You will need to demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.
• Previous experience in the radiology and/or medical/health industry and RIS/PACS’s would be advantageous together with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in Equifax eCredential – desired
• Previous experience in Radiologist Worklist Management - desired
