About the role:
You’ll join our ILS Training team, developing Training for the Mission and Support System; from training concepts and building training materials and aids, developing training standards and drafting training support plans.
Other day to day tasks include:
- Developing ILS Training Plans and Reports in accordance with ASDEFCON and project needs
- Leading the development and maintenance of project processes, procedures, and training
- Working closely with Engineering, Operations and Support, and the CoA to develop and maintain all Training programs, products and services
- Analysis, Design and Development of Training and the various SADL requirements
- Conducting Training Working Groups and providing support to Trainers and ILS staff
- Developing and coordinating training activities
- Identifying opportunities for Training Development and Delivery Improvements and providing recommendations
About you:
- Significant training experience with knowledge of the design, development, implementation delivery and evaluation of training to customer training requirements.
- Complete understanding of and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts, within the training domain.
- Ability to follow through and investigate issues with a thorough, methodical approach with proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and think creatively with outstanding communication and writing skills.
Special Requirements:
As a NV1 security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian Citizens to be eligible and maintain this level of security clearance.
