Job Description:
As a Lead Front-End Software developer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user interface and experience of our engineering applications. You will lead a talented team of front-end developers, collaborating closely with our engineering and design teams to create seamless and intuitive user interfaces. The successful candidate will bring expertise in React, along with a passion for creating visually appealing and functional applications that enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and implement innovative and user-friendly interfaces using React.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong focus on React.
- Previous leadership experience or a desire to step into a lead role.
- Solid understanding of web development best practices.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
