Job Description: As a Warehouse Assistant at PWR, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to customers. You will work closely with the logistics team, drivers, and customers to coordinate the dispatch of our products, ultimately contributing to our commitment to excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries of our products to customers.
- Accurately assemble packages for our customer ensuring that the product are handled safety throughout the journey.
- Communicate with drivers and provide them with detailed delivery instructions.
- Monitor delivery progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all Warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance dispatch efficiency.
About you:
- A forklift license is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using dispatch and tracking software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
