Immediate Start- Experience Electrical Switchboard Assemblers

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Electrical Switchboard Assemblers our team based in Prestons for an Immediate Start.Specialising in the engineering, design, manufacture and implementation of advanced equipment used within the industrial and mining sectors, you will be responsible for assembling a range of switchboard. Positions are ongoing Monday to Friday, 7am- 3pm paying $35+ per hour.

As part of the team you will be responsible for, however not limited to;

• Assembling component such as frames, overcurrent protective devices, instrumentation, enclosures and exteriors
• Reading plans and layouts
• Completing routine checks and quality control
• Fault finding and repairs
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow
• Utilising company vehicle for travel to different company branches within Sydney

To be successful in this position you must have the following;

• Prior experience in Electrical Switchboard assembly
• Ability to read plans and layouts
• High attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on safety
• Physically fit
• Reliable and ability to commit Monday to Friday
