Our client, Orikan, empowers communities worldwide with their products. Their innovative solutions, from parking and payments to facility and equipment management, and permit organizations to smart mobility, keep communities moving forward.
They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Implementation Consultant who will ensure the successful management and implementation of Orikan parking services solutions, including product support, pre-sales support, training, documentation and other related services.
Commercial experience
- Experience with software implementation projects.
- Implementation of software solutions to external clients (must have)
- Application support
- Delivery of training via multiple methods; classroom, online and one-on-one.
- Experience with SaaS models
- Project Management (favourable)
- Technical pre-sales
Skills / Knowledge:
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of SQL fundamentals & Networking
- Technical acumen relevant to software implementation.
- Strong written and communication skills, to be able to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
