Implementation Officer

• Complete onsite and remote BESTdose and BESTdoctor training sessions to Nurses, Managers and Prescribers.
• Complete onsite and remote support to Nurses, Managers and Prescribers.
• Monitor facilities progress post implementation.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to facility management about facility progress.
• Complete monthly desktop audits, send to facility management and organise meetings to discuss results with management team if required.
• Providing customer feedback and suggestions to IT.
• Development and generation training resources e.g. videos or documents
• Updating of current and existing training documents.
• Completion of extra demonstrations to facility management explaining different optional features in the system.
• Answering calls, support emails and escalation of issues to IT.

About YouA self-motivated autonomous worker. The successful candidate will be required to develop and deliver training sessions across BESTMED’s growing client base. Regular travel between various sites, and occasional interstate travel, is required.
In addition to the above, candidates must:

• Available for Interstate travel on short notice.
• Have a full, unrestricted drivers licence.
• All successful candidates will need to be willing to undergo a Police Check.
