WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assist the Sales team with rate quotes, agreement updates, client tenders
- Providing quotations to internal sales team
- Follow up on quotes issued
- Coordinate and follow up sales leads
- Compile sales call reports for analysis
- Ad-hoc sales support functions as requested by Sales Manager
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
- Experience across Import Sea Freight procedures within the shipping industry
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Brilliant customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Effective time management
