Import Sea Freight Coordinator Position Available Tullamarine Location TRS Resourcing is thrilled to partner with an international freight forwarding company, operating in a rapidly growing niche market and with offices across Australia. We are currently seeking an Import Sea Freight Coordinator for our Melbourne Office located in Tullamarine.
Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Clients, Carriers, and Overseas partners
• Deliver exceptional service to our esteemed customers
• Coordinate FAK & FCL containers, including dangerous goods coordination, container unpacking, and wharf collection
• Handle client invoicing efficiently
• Ensure compliance with Australian Customs regulations
• Provide accurate and timely rate quotations

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 4 years of Import experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry
• Positive and proactive "can-do" attitude
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced working environment
• Experience with Cargowise
