As a Lead Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities that are aimed at reducing the costs of failure caused by non-productive time, repair costs, personnel, and premature product failures.
 

As a Lead Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Performing work in accordance with Baker Hughes policies and procedures.
  • Work Closely with OIC SDTM, focal point for Service Delivery quality, ensure implementation of job cycle elements, support competency program, OIC region lead for Job Center, support region training efforts
  • Identifying trends to prioritizing failure modes to investigating for corrective actions and analyze performance data and monitor performance.
  • Being responsible to drive jo; tool failure investigations as well as failure prevention.
  • Ensuring failure reporting and product life tracking systems are updated accordingly and in timely fashion.
  • Participating in the engineering design review process.


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's in Engineering, all Science or Chemistry discipline
  • Have at least 5 years experience in operations service delivery within the oil and gas industry, specially offshore
