Position Overview:

We are excited to welcome a talented and passionate In-House Draftsperson to our team. As an integral part of our design and construction process, you'll have the opportunity to bring our clients' visions to life while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. From the first sketch to the final blueprint, your creativity and attention to detail will help us continue to deliver exceptional homes that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our design team to develop detailed architectural plans and designs for our high-specification homes, ensuring each design reflects the unique needs and preferences of our clients.

Utilise your expertise in CAD software to create accurate drawings and blueprints that meet project requirements and regulatory standards.

Embrace client feedback and incorporate revisions into your designs, maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the process.

Foster strong relationships with our construction team, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design plans.

Conduct site visits as needed to gain insights into project feasibility and address any design-related challenges that may arise.

Coordinate and outsource 3D renders for new designs to effectively visualise concepts.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting or related field preferred.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/Revit) with an eye for detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Previous residential construction or architectural design experience preferred.

Positive attitude and passion for creating inspiring spaces.
