Joining this Property Management team, the role takes on an established, neat and tidy rent roll of only 130 properties in the central to southern end of the Gold Coast. Your role will be inhouse and predominantly doing the senior duties, landlord communication and portfolio management where you are not micromanaged and simply left alone to do your job.
The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to:
• Liaising with Landlords
• Repairs and Maintenance
• Arrears Management
• Attending and preparing for QCAT
About You
• Minimum 2+ years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
• Australian Driver's Licence
• Strong Communication Skills
• Neat and tidy personal presentation
