As we look to this vision, we're now searching for a Senior Property Manager to join our team and help everyday people achieve their property investment goals. Our smaller portfolio sizes enable our team to enjoy a great work-life balance, with no weekend work and a strict policy for switching off after hours!
The ideal candidate will be someone with a true passion for property, who has meticulous attention to detail and is an exceptional communicator. Due to the generous salary and working conditions on offer, we are looking for at least 3 years experience as a Property Manager.
As this role requires previous experience in property management, applicants must currently hold a real estate registration certificate or have previously held one (in the last 3 years) and is looking to re-enter the industry.
What we’re offering:
- Salary dependent on experience ranging from $65,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation

The role:
- Small management portfolio with a dedicated support person
- Preparing and conducting routines, entries and exits
- Rent arrears and invoice arrears management
- Very limited admin work required - maintenance, lease doc prep and routine scheduling all handled by your dedicated support person.
- Liaising with property owners inc positive connection calls
- Court and document preparation and attendance where required
- This role requires no trust accounting – receipting and invoice processing is all taken care of by management.
This role requires minimal admin work - as we have a highly experienced, full time person dedicated to assisting you!
The person:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- “Have-a-go” attitude and doesn’t procrastinate
- Team oriented with the ability to work autonomously
- Understands the value in personal development and aspires to grow both personally and professionally
- Wants a better work-life balance with smaller more manageable work load.
