About your role

With exciting growth ahead we are looking to appoint an experienced technology recruitment consultant to our Talent Team.

Reporting to the Head of Talent and part of the wider P&C function this position will provide effective and timely recruitment services to our Engineering, Product Management and Product Design teams.

Supporting in driving recruitment outcomes the role will be involved in every aspect of the recruitment lifecycle from scoping to onboarding.

Along side this the role will also contributes to a wide range talent related project work - DEI, process improvement, systems upgrades, events etc.

You will be responsible for:

• Drive and own the successful execution of recruitment processes, including phone screening, candidate shortlisting, interviews, pre-employment checks and preparation of employment related documentation
• Support accurate posting and maintenance of job advertisements
• Contribute to process efficiencies and the continued development of a best-in-class internal recruitment function
• Manage and keep up to date our recruitment systems and tools
• Support in the induction and onboarding of new starters to ensure an exceptional experience
• Assist talent projects as requested by the Chief of Staff / Head of Talent
• Work in close collaboration with the People and Culture team, ensuring prompt communication of issues and outcomes
• Be an advocate for the continuous improvement to the candidate experience

What we are looking for:

• Experience of fast paced corporate recruitment either from an in-house or agency perspective
• A solid understanding of the AU technology talent market
• Strong stakeholder management experience – capable of dealing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
• Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrate high attention to detail
• Proactive and willing to help wherever possible
