To help us achieve this vision, we are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will lead the charge in setting our technical architecture and development roadmap, with a particular focus on security.
 
Job Description:
As the CTO of the company, you will spearhead our engineering efforts to build a security protocol that is both powerful and accessible. You will be responsible for crafting the technical vision and direction of the company, rolling up your sleeves and building the product from scratch, and ensuring our platform not only meets but exceeds the security needs of our users. By focusing on the simplicity of use and robust security measures, you will lead our project to become the preferred choice for investors looking to protect their assets in dormant wallets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define the technological vision and strategy for the company, aligning with our mission to offer a user-friendly yet highly secure asset protection platform.
• Technical Architecture: Architect and oversee the development of the company's platform, ensuring the technical stack is scalable, secure, and capable of supporting our long-term vision.
• Development Roadmap: Develop a clear, strategic development roadmap that prioritizes security, simplicity, and user experience. Ensure timely execution of roadmap milestones.
• Engineering Management: Lead, mentor, and expand the engineering team. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
• Security Expertise: Embed security best practices into every layer of our platform. Conduct regular security audits, threat modeling, and ensure compliance with the latest industry standards.
• User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and accessible interface for our platform. Ensure the user experience is seamless and straightforward.
• Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of blockchain and security technologies. Experiment with new approaches and technologies to enhance the company's offerings.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a CTO, Senior Technical Leader, or similar role, preferably in a startup environment within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
• Strong background in full-stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proven track record of building scalable and secure software architectures, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts.
• Significant experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with the ability to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• A strong commitment to user experience, with previous success in developing user-friendly products in a startup setting.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of technology trends and security practices.
