The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- End to end management – mainly in office duties
- Portfolio of 150 properties - EXECUTIVE PORTFOLIO, high-end properties!
- NO leasing
- NO BDM
- NO trust accounting
- Minimal out of office – fully supported by Inspection Officers and Leasing Officers
- Admin support from a team of VA's
- Monday – Friday, in-office role
- Dedicated Assistants and Leasing Officers – fully supported, mainly in-office duties
- Up to 1-2 days WFH per week

- 2+ years experience as a Property Manager
- Ability to provide world-class customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
