- Team Member 1: Full-time Sunday to Wednesday roster
- Team Member 2: Full-time Wednesday to Friday roster
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic In-Store
Sales Representatives to represent our core brands across our South East QLD store locations. This role is all about driving sales using our proprietary selling model within a vibrant store environment. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you! The primary focus of this role is sales generation; however, on occasions, store selection will coincide to cover staffing shortfalls. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the high level of service our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:- Utilise our proprietary selling model to drive product sales.
- Represent and promote our core brands to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, tailoring product recommendations to individual needs.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new products and promotions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain communication with the HQ team to report on sales performance and opportunities.
Ideally, You Will Have:- Prior industry experience is required.
- Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work additional hours if required (remunerated).
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
- Valid driver's licence with acceptable traffic history and comfort with driving to different locations, current and future.
- Commitment to ongoing education programs including prioritising attendance for new programs.
