The role:
This is not a cold calling environment. You will be dealing with all warm enquiries, where you will then reach out to these potential customers – everyone has made an enquiry into a particular course.
The role will require you to uncover a client’s needs and ensure that the course that they are looking for will help them achieve their career goals and aspirations. them.
The best part of the role is the conversations are fun! You are learning about people’s situation – their goals and aspirations and hopefully helping them with a course that will lead to a new career!
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing the customers’ needs through compelling questions and provide recommendations that suit their goals.
- Responding to all enquiries in a timely manner.
- Sale of additional services as required.
- Ensure accuracy of enrolment details.
- Work compliantly in accordance with internal guidelines.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with a contact centre or call centre is desirable.
- Previous experience selling over the phone
- You like being a valued member of a high-performing team because you’re passionate & and collaborative.
- Strong commitment to reaching and exceeding key performance indicators (KPI's).
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to assist customers in making well-informed decisions.
