About the role
This position is located in Smithfield, NSW, where you will be working in our clients Head Office and Distribution Centre. You will enjoy working in a small team where the dynamic is family-like.
As an Inbound Specialist, you will be responsible of managing the restocking of warehouse floor and racking, receiving and unpacking containers and supplies, product put-aways and managing returns. There will be times where you may need to assist with other warehouse duties such as pick packing, using the RF Scanning system.
You will be working a 38 hour week Monday - Friday, as a permanent employee with the potential of paid overtime. Our client is looking for people who are willing to go that extra mile whilst performing the following core responsibilities:
- Pick & Pack orders for delivery
- Receive and process warehouse stock products
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors
- Unload containers
- Operating Forklift
About you
To be successful, you will bring:
- Prior experience in inbound/returns/inventory management
- Forklift licence
- Computer literacy and analytical skills
- Picking experience using RF Scanning systems
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- A positive work attitude
