About your Role
Your role is to add value and convenience to our members’ everyday banking via inbound calls, online chat and email. You will work across three different brands and will handle a range of enquiries from general service, transactions, account enquiries, insurance quotes and identifying new sales opportunities.
You will have an opportunity to learn and develop while gaining valuable knowledge and experience across a wide range of digital and direct channels within our Contact Centre.
Flexible to work on a 4-week rotating roster between 8am – 8pm weekdays and one 8am – 3pm Saturday shift in the 4 weeks, based at our Auburn Office.

- Friendly and professional in your approach to customer service
- Experienced and driven to achieve outcomes
- Confident with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to solve problems quickly, inside and outside the box
- Motivated, adaptable and a team player
- Experience with using computers
- Contact Centre experience
