About the team:Speech Pathologists work within a Multi-tiered System of Support framework to build capacity of educators to support students to maximise their educational outcomes.About the role:Inclusion Advisor Speech Pathologists perform student observation and interviews with parents and teachers to plan and implement interventions for students with speech, language and communication concerns that may be having a direct impact on educational outcomes.Inclusion Advisor Speech Pathologists promote the development of young children and students’ communication performance within the classroom, at an individual, group or whole class level.To be successful you will need to have a degree in Speech Pathology from an Australian institution, or equivalent, eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia and current working knowledge of paediatric speech pathology services.What you’ll get in return:Attractive salary package + 6 weeks recreational leave, 3 weeks personal leave and recreation leave loading allowance.Study and professional learning opportunities to develop your career and professional practice.Work with a dynamic multidisciplinary teamReal opportunities for long term employment with the Northern Territory GovernmentRelocation allowance for suitable intrastate and interstate candidatesOffice-based conditions apply to this position.
