Job description

Kingston’s Family, Youth and Children’s Services team are looking for an Inclusive Practice Coordinator to join our amazing team. This role will work with people delivering services in our Family and Children’s Centres, Supported Playgroups and Outside School Hours Care to support the inclusion of children with challenging behaviours and vulnerability.
We are seeing a skilled professional with a passion for inclusion, experience working in education, and skills in supporting and mentoring staff.

The ideal candidate will:
Have experience in inclusion related to Educational settings
Contribute positively to the team culture.
Understand the expectations of the Victorian and National Curriculum Frameworks, National Quality Standards and the current Regulations.
Build positive and respectful relationships with children and their families.
Have a strong passion for early childhood education
Relevant qualification e.g. Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
Current Working with Children's Check
Level 2 First Aid Certificate including: Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management and CPR Certificate, C
