The Enterprise Data Warehouse for Analysis, Reporting and Decision support (EDWARD) will be the 'single source of truth' for the business information required to underpin the Ministry of Health's System Manager role including purchasing, performance support, performance management, funding, planning, internal reporting, public reporting, and research.The primary purpose of the Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) EDWARD is to bridge the gap between the business needs and technical solutions. The Tech BA will be responsible for understanding and documenting business requirements related to data analysis, reporting, integration and translating them into actionable technical specifications and ensuring that EDWARD aligns with the organisation's strategic goals and empowers data-driven decision-making processes.How to apply

- Experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in a Data Warehouse environment.
- Strong technical background - recent three (3) years' hands-on experience using SQL or other Data query/profiling tools.
- Superior organisational skills with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform, and always work with a customer focused approach.
- High level of oral and written communication skills and experience in preparing high quality written material including complex technical reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated capacity to consult and negotiate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
