Job description
The Centre Manager is accountable for the day-to-day management of the Centre by providing leadership to the Centre Management team. This role is to align functions and activities of leasing, SConnect, Marketing, Operation, Portfolio Management, Placemaking and Project Management.

This is a diversified Australian property development company. It has business in shopping centres, residential estates, industrial estates and manufactured housing communities.
Position Description:
Drive asset net profit by maximising all revenue opportunities
Provide accurate forecast monthly
Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets
Maintain effective debtor control
Oversee capital works projects
Implement all Risk Action Plan recommendations within the agreed timeframes
Ensure all Operational Risk process are properly implemented within the area of responsibility
Manage tenancy delivery process
Identify/Lead/Own organisational improvement initiatives
Conduct end of project/process review to identify strengths and areas of improvement
Enable cross-functional collaboration that connects people to enable efficiencies
Position Requirements:
Extensive experience in centre management as well as managing a team
Proven track record of achieving results through influencing stakeholders
Project management and financial management skills
Real Estate Licence is preferred
Good financial analysis and reporting skills
Strong client service focus, with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships
