We are currently recruiting multiple Indigenous Refrigeration Apprentices to join our team. No experience required! Undertaking this your four year apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration technician and you will earn a trade Certificate in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration. This role will be based around Sydney CBD area. You do not need a drivers licence for this role.

- Assisting qualified tradesmen to complete installations, conduct servicing and maintenance across multiple commercial sites.
- Perform cleaning tasks such as coil cleaning, filter replacement, and ductwork vacuuming.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot minor malfunctions in HVAC systems, following established procedures and under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Assist with the installation of new HVAC equipment and replacement parts in large buildings, following blueprints and technical specifications.
- You must an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person to apply for this role.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with fellow workers and as part of a team.
- Effective communications skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Commitment to safety and working in a safe manner.
