About the CompanyOur client is a technology organisation who are leading in their field. With a gorgeous office with approximately 150 employees and free parking on site, they are looking for urgent temporary support on their Reception. About the RoleThis role is crucial in the smooth running of front office & also supporting with administration across the wider office. This role is to start ASAP (as soon as in the next few days) for approximately 2 weeks, with potential to extend. Working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. DutiesAnswering and redirecting incoming calls & taking messagesCoordinating incoming and outgoing mailDatabase management - ensuring details are accurate and up to dateGeneral office maintenance - maintaining inventory, ordering stock, etc. Skills & ExperienceTo be a successful candidate you must have:Previous experience in a Reception and/or Customer Support roleHave an adaptable and reliable attitudeBe immediately available to start work!
