We have several Aged Care facilities, we are seeking, Individual Care workers, who have unlimited working rights on their visas, to work in regional South Australia. Our client is offering, for the right candidate, permanent employment, in addition, the successful applicant whilst in employment under their current visa, will have the opportunity, with, long-term, future, prospects, as a permanent resident in Australia.

To be considered for the shortlist of these roles, you will need to meet the following selection criteria:
Individual Support & Age Care:
- Experience in Medication Assistance and Health Support, including accessing medical services.
- Experience in Personal Care and supporting clients to maintain personal hygiene and grooming.
- Provide personal care to assist residents with activities of daily living and lifestyle.
- Provide residents with nutrition and hydration, in a timely- manner.
- Ensure residents, daily care is provided in a dignified manner.
- Legible and accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required, with responsibility for ensuring, up-to-date knowledge of Residential Care Standards and completion of assessment records in collaboration with the team.
- Rotating Rosters.
- Previous experience working with culturally diverse clients.
- Experience in client-focused roles.
- Ability to adapt communication to individual client needs.
- Ability to recognize risks and incidents, respond appropriately and, report accurately.
- Work Values - honesty, integrity, and respect for all residents, carers, and staff.
- Knowledge of Residential Care Standards.
- Experience in aged care.
- Ability to build relationships with the staff and clients.
- Exceptional time management.
- A positive “can do” attitude.
Important Must Have
- Minimum, Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care).
- Proof of up-to-date influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations; in-accordance too, the current Public Health directive, for Aged Care Facilities.
- Hold a Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Current National Police Check.
- Proof of rights to work in Australia.
- Proof of unlimited working rights visa ( minimum of 12 months on your visa before expiration), to be considered.
- Driver’s License an advantage.
- Must be able to work a rotational roster.
